PtX Lab Lausitz — Where Change Becomes the Future | Promotional Film

The PtX Lab Lausitz was founded in March 2021 and officially opened in Cottbus in August of the same year. Over the past five years, it has laid the groundwork, built networks and provided impetus.

In its promotional film, the think-and-do tank demonstrates how synthetic fuels (Power-to-Liquid, PtL) produced from green hydrogen are helping to advance Germany’s progress towards greenhouse gas neutrality by 2045 – with a particular focus on sectors such as the chemical industry and air and maritime transport.

The "PtX Lab Lausitz – Think and Do Tank for Fuels and Basic Materials from Green Hydrogen (PtX Lab Lausitz — Think-and-Do-Tank für Kraft und Grundstoffe aus grünem Wasserstoff)", based in Cottbus/Germany, is a central player on the road to greenhouse gas neutrality. Through interdisciplinary cooperation and cross-sectoral approaches, the Think and Do Tank advises industry, politics and science. In doing so, knowledge is collected and synergies are created to enable the transition to sustainable energy sources.
